When nothing moves your bones.

 Have you ever felt like you’re shattered from day to day?

Have you ever felt weird about your existence?

Have you ever felt like whatever you do feels like a weakness to you?


I think we all ever felt that way. 


Get help, catch that appointment, talk it out!

And get enough sleep too. Even if nothing moves your bones, at least you can rest your eyes for a while. 

And try to keep those voices low in your head. 

Last but not least,


Let’s forgive those days when you’re on your low, forgive what you’ve done when you’re on the low season,

Forgive all the relationships that did not work out,

Forgive all the reactions you gave to your friends - who knew nothing about your condition,

Forgive all the misleading opinions about you - from the very first day when you were born. Heavy stuff..


Let’s go, let’s move your bones. I miss you and your confidence. You have always been great! More to come, dear beautiful
